Had a lovely stay here with my family. Walkability 10/10, many parks and restaurants. Lots of space, and the movie theater was my kid’s dream come true! Highly recommend this, especially for extended stays.

We had a lovely stay with our two families. As a local it’s always fun to see properties nearby. This home did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and more to keep the kids entertained while providing space for the adults to catch up and relax. The media room was great for everyone and the rooftop was a stunner even in the rain:-)

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Muni and Brendan were outstanding hosts—very responsive, helpful, and always available when needed. The home was immaculate, and it was clear how much care went into cleaning and preparing the space. Everything felt thoughtful and well set up, including the outdoor camera, automatic locks, and HVAC, which made the stay comfortable and secure. The house was perfect for our family. Multiple TVs throughout the home made it easy to relax anywhere, and we loved being able to hook up Netflix or Prime Video with ease. The cinema room was a huge highlight, and the basketball hoop in the back was a big hit with the kids—truly something for everyone. The location is excellent: very close to downtown Kirkland with easy access to Seattle, yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is an extremely well appointed home in a scenic location, within walking distance to cafes, parks and shopping. We were so happy when we arrived just before Christmas to find the house was decorated for the holidays! If you enjoy cooking this house has an amazing kitchen with all the tools you will need. If you just enjoy eating carry out, the house has wonderful dining areas including on the rooftop deck. The home theatre was fun for the family to watch movies. The main bedroom has a fireplace, balcony, huge walk in shower with two shower heads, two sinks, and a walk in closet. The other bedrooms were spacious too. We loved the fitness room as it had everything we needed for a good workout. We will definitely be back!

Very highly recommended. Our family of 6 stayed at the house for 2 months while our home was being repaired and believe me when I tell you it became our home-away-from-home. The hosts were responsive, friendly, helpful, flexible, and attentive to all our various questions and requests. The house itself (which we took to calling “the Villa”) is luxurious, beautiful, and conveniently located on an accessible arterial Kirkland street just blocks from downtown. During our stay we took advantage of the awesome rooftop deck, fun theater room, spacious primary suite, and accessible second floor laundry room — all with modern amenities and touches. We also ended up staying over Halloween and got the chance to interact with the neighborhood community itself — which was friendly and fun. That might have been our favorite part, actually. We couldn’t recommend the Villa more. It’s easily the best place we’ve ever stayed away from home.

This home was beautiful and walking distance to downtown Kirkland (though a slight hill climb on the way back). This large home was outfitted with everything we needed for our weekend trip.

Place was perfect. Walk to downtown Kirkland. House was beautiful… rooftop deck was insane. It had everything we could ask for.

We had an amazing stay at this property with my family. Muni and Brendan made sure our stay was excellent, accommodating all requests we had with prompt responses. The home itself is exactly as listed and is a real beauty in the Kirkland neighborhood. My mother in law really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and marveled at how organized and easy to use it was. It really felt like home. The only issue we had with the house is that the primary bedroom gets quite warm even with the provided Dyson fan. We happened to be staying in Kirkland during one of the warmest weekends in August. Otherwise, it was excellent and we will definitely be happy to stay here again.

This home was perfectly located and was absolutely gorgeous! The beds were AMAZING and home was spotless! The kitchen had every appliance/gadget, plenty of dishes/cutlery and was wonderful to prepare meals in. The rooftop deck was our favorite part with wonderful views and plenty of room for our party of 5 to enjoy evening cocktails! Our hosts Muni and Brendan were very responsive, welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend staying here as we plan to again next year!!

The location is great/peaceful and the hosts were responsive. The home itself has great gathering and entertainment spaces (especially the theater room) and the layout also allows for privacy and solitude. The sound system is complex, but sounds great. An illustrated instruction/troubleshooting guide and ensuring it is set up properly prior to arrival would be helpful. The hosts were very proactive in helping to troubleshoot. Beautiful home that could use very minor touch-ups. Would stay again.

This home was absolutely stunning! Large home, with high end finishes throughout. True vacation rental, well stocked, and thoughtfully designed. We were able to comfortably sleep 8 adults and 3 kiddos. Perfect place for our family reunion. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck with views of Seattle, Bellevue, and Lake Washington

This home was perfect for our needs. Beautiful home and location. We enjoyed walking to the grocery store and cooking in the lovely kitchen. We also were able to walk to restaurants about 10 minutes from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and it was perfect for a family vacation. Muni was incredibly responsive to any questions we had about how things worked as it was a new listing. He was friendly and helpful when we had reason to connect. The home had ample room for our family to spread out for a week. There is a patio and table at which we could enjoy meals or a morning cup of coffee. And we enjoyed the view of the lake from the rooftop. I hope that we will have reason to stay at the home again in the future.
