Staying at this house was such a delight. Everyone had their own space and the shower in the master is awesome. There were so many supplies available, including coffee and when we accidentally locked ourselves out upon checkout, their response was immediate and helpful. If you need to be at Children's Hospital, it is literally next-door! Easy walk. The road it is on can be loud during peak traffic hours, but it was quiet at night.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Location is very close to University Village and easy to park right outside the house. The road outside is busy so there's some traffic noise late in the night in 2 of the bedrooms that face it but the 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house so quiet if that's important to you.

Muni & Sonya are great hosts - they are responsive, provide very clear and helpful instructions, and are very flexible when we requested a bit of change in our arrival and departure time. Parking is easy, and there are a few walkable shops in the area. Would recommend.

Host Muni was excellent and responsive. We had an infant and when we asked about a high chair, he immediately ordered one and was there for our arrival. Also, kept in touch during our stay to see if we needed anything. Host was definitely an added bonus to the lovely apartment. Was more than enough space and was well stocked and amenities were good. I would definitely stay here again if in Seattle as very close to Seattle Children’s hospital and mall was 29 minute walk.

Muni was an amazing host! My co workers and I stayed a night for a party and it fit us all comfortably. Muni was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful.
