1st level: A  separate bedroom with queen sized bed, desk, chair and closet; this room can also be used as a separate office for remote working. 

2nd level: Loft like living space with high ceilings, airy picturesque windows in Living room and kitchen area; includes large smart TV, kitchen has large eat-in breakfast bar island, a separate bistro set, desk and  office chair with and half bathroom off to the side. Kitchen is equipped with kitchenware essentials for cooking and baking. 

3rd level: 2 Bedrooms. Each bedroom  has separate bathrooms. Master BR has queen sized bed & en-suite bathroom, separate smart TVs in each bedroom and heating units. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds that can be easily converted to 1 King sized bed and bathroom. Host Muni was excellent and responsive. We had an infant and when we asked about a high chair, he immediately ordered one and was there for our arrival. Also, kept in touch during our stay to see if we needed anything. Host was definitely an added bonus to the lovely apartment. Was more than enough space and was well stocked and amenities were good. I would definitely stay here again if in Seattle as very close to Seattle Children’s hospital and mall was 29 minute walk.

Muni's place was amazing! It is a very modern place and has a rooftop patio with views of Husky Stadium and the Space Needle. The place is very clean and the master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. The spot is very convenient to downtown Seattle and the neighborhood is quiet. Muni was very helpful and sent us very informative information before and during our stay. I would highly recommend Muni's townhouse for a stay in Seattle!

This is an ideal home for a weekend in the U district. Great amenities including a relaxing rooftop deck. Well maintained and very clean.

Overall a great location for a family, with a small park and marketplace within walking distance. The garage was made for a compact car, but there was always available street parking right out front. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would stay again. Only thing to note is that since the place is pet friendly, there was residual pet hair from previous tenets on the couch, which was mitigated for our trip with use of a large blanket. Again, it did not impact our trip, just something to be mindful of if there is a pet allergy

This place was everything I hoped for & more! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home! The aesthetic & decor is so appealing! Very spacious & extremely clean! The rooftop patio was my favorite part. Hanging out with friends and enjoying the surrounding nature! The host gave a warm welcome & ensured all instructions were clear throughout my entire stay! This Airbnb is also in a perfect location! Close enough to everything I wanted to explore (Downtown Seattle, Bellevue) yet quiet & private enough to truly unwind and relax! This place checked every box & everything felt right! Highly, highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay, everything clean plus everything you would want is provided at the property. The only downside, is that the townhouse is next to a busy road, which you can hear. Muni is a great host, had no problems getting hold of him and when we needed help, he went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again.

The home is comfortable and functional. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom fans are on a motion sensor, so when we wanted the bedrooms quiet, we closed the bathroom doors. Street parking was never an issue. It is walking distance to Seattle Children's Hospital, which was a priority for me. However, the road noise is quite significant. Check-out turned out to be confusing and a little stressful. The instructions said check-out time was noon, but the housekeeper came at 11. Otherwise, the home worked well for our needs.
