Some friends and I stayed at Muni’s for a weekend, such a cool space and Muni was very accommodating, letting us drop our bags well before the advertised check in time. Thanks Muni!

Muni’s space is our favorite host we have stayed with this year. We had to unexpectedly book last minute and the space was impeccably clean and had a very calming feeling as you went throughout the house. Bonus points for being one of the few host who let you use the garage. While we didn’t, it poured on our last day and we had the option if we needed cover on move out. Muni is proactive and friendly in conversations. Really appreciate it more than you know!

We were moving our child to college and this place was close proximity to the University of Washington and shopping at U Village. The place was modern and clean and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again when in Seattle.

What an absolute beautiful place to stay for our home away from home while visiting the Children’s Hospital three blocks away. Beautiful park close by with many things that we could walk to. Booked again before we even left.

Staying at this house was such a delight. Everyone had their own space and the shower in the master is awesome. There were so many supplies available, including coffee and when we accidentally locked ourselves out upon checkout, their response was immediate and helpful. If you need to be at Children's Hospital, it is literally next-door! Easy walk. The road it is on can be loud during peak traffic hours, but it was quiet at night.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Location is very close to University Village and easy to park right outside the house. The road outside is busy so there's some traffic noise late in the night in 2 of the bedrooms that face it but the 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house so quiet if that's important to you.

Muni & Sonya are great hosts - they are responsive, provide very clear and helpful instructions, and are very flexible when we requested a bit of change in our arrival and departure time. Parking is easy, and there are a few walkable shops in the area. Would recommend.

Host Muni was excellent and responsive. We had an infant and when we asked about a high chair, he immediately ordered one and was there for our arrival. Also, kept in touch during our stay to see if we needed anything. Host was definitely an added bonus to the lovely apartment. Was more than enough space and was well stocked and amenities were good. I would definitely stay here again if in Seattle as very close to Seattle Children’s hospital and mall was 29 minute walk.

Muni's place was amazing! It is a very modern place and has a rooftop patio with views of Husky Stadium and the Space Needle. The place is very clean and the master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. The spot is very convenient to downtown Seattle and the neighborhood is quiet. Muni was very helpful and sent us very informative information before and during our stay. I would highly recommend Muni's townhouse for a stay in Seattle!

This is an ideal home for a weekend in the U district. Great amenities including a relaxing rooftop deck. Well maintained and very clean.

Overall a great location for a family, with a small park and marketplace within walking distance. The garage was made for a compact car, but there was always available street parking right out front. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would stay again. Only thing to note is that since the place is pet friendly, there was residual pet hair from previous tenets on the couch, which was mitigated for our trip with use of a large blanket. Again, it did not impact our trip, just something to be mindful of if there is a pet allergy

Muni’s townhouse was great! They provided some additional toiletries. The balcony space is not shared which was a plus!

This place was everything I hoped for & more! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home! The aesthetic & decor is so appealing! Very spacious & extremely clean! The rooftop patio was my favorite part. Hanging out with friends and enjoying the surrounding nature! The host gave a warm welcome & ensured all instructions were clear throughout my entire stay! This Airbnb is also in a perfect location! Close enough to everything I wanted to explore (Downtown Seattle, Bellevue) yet quiet & private enough to truly unwind and relax! This place checked every box & everything felt right! Highly, highly recommended!
