From the very beginning, Muni’s responses were prompt, gracious, courteous, clear, helpful and accommodating This spacious and clean house is located in a convenient but a safe and quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed to make it a home away from home for our family reunion Highly recommend!

The house is spalling, very comfortable and lits of room for a large group. We could have used a few more blankets, but otherwise great. The beds and pilliws were especially comfortable!

Location is great, walking distance to a grocery store & a few tasty restaurants. The backyard is beautiful! That was our favorite part. House has great natural light and is spacious. Would stay here again.

We traveled to Seattle for ECNL Soccer Playoffs. i was warned that traffic in Seattle could be a bear, and encouraged to stay in Kirkland. We hit the jackpot with this house. Immediately upon booking, Muni was super responsive…answered any questions I had right away. House has been recently renovated with beautiful bathrooms, ample kitchen space, and a beautiful backyard to enjoy Seattle evenings. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return the next time we are in Seattle for playoffs!

This is a terrific place with a beautiful backyard. There is plenty of room for a large family. It is accessible for any mobility impaired people. I am in a wheelchair and it was so easy to get around. We will definitely rent this place again in the future!

We were a large family group in town for a wedding. This house is great for that kind of stay. Owner was helpful and responsive, property was in very good condition. We will stay here again.

Everything was EXCELLENT, CLEEEAN, and CONVENIENT. Owner was responsive at check-in and check-out. Very easy to drive into Seattle to see sites. Home close to grocery store, shopping, restaurants. Everything worked and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and baking/cooking gear. Wonderful backyard with working grill. Super comfy, high grade beds and bedding. Felt safe and calm in the vicinity. Very nice place. Will definitely book again!

The host was super responsive. The group before us was a bit wild, and had done some damage to the place. We sent pictures, and the host was apologetic and ready to fix anything that would impact our stay. The cleaners did a great job cleaning up. The space is fabulous with two very nice master bedrooms with large closets and bathrooms. The common area was big and comfortable. We definitely will plan on staying there again.

Muni and Sushma’s place was perfect for our stay near Woodinville. The house is beautiful and was spotlessly clean. They were very kind, communicative, and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out - oops! It’s within minutes of a handful of wineries and it was easy to catch rideshares. The beds were so comfy and the jacuzzi tub totally luxurious. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was perfect for our family. Clean, in a convenient location, neighborhood was nice, and host was always prompt on response with a resolution. We would highly recommend this location if traveling with family or adults. Everyone in your party will have adequate space to rest and relax.

This house is beautiful and accurately described. The rooms are spacious and the back yard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The hosts very communicative are always available to answer questions. Would love to stay here again.

My family and I have stayed at Muni and Sushma's place in Kirkland three times now - they are wonderful hosts and the house is always perfect. They were extra helpful and responsive after we accidentally locked ourselves out on this particular trip and I'm so grateful for their help. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great hosts who made our time extra special over the holiday season.

What a great stay. Love the use of a garage to use since it was pouring rain. It made loading and unloading a breeze. They had Christmas decorations up and it was so festive and warm. They have lots of dishes, spices and extra kitchen items so we were able to make some great meals. Muni was a great host. Check in was a breeze. I would stay here again for sure.

This property was IMMACULATE! I don't know how long ago it was remodeled but everything was perfectly clean and spotless! The host was very easy to get a hold of and communicated wonderfully the whole time! All of the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were super soft. We also felt very safe and secure in this neighborhood, and in fact forgot to lock the car half the time and nothing happened... I wish I could say the same for my brother's neighborhood where our car was ransacked after being outside for just 1 hour while we visited for his wedding party... thank God we didn't have anything in it! We definitely want to visit the Seattle area again and we plan on staying at the same place!

Easy check in, great location

This place had basically (2) primary suites. One upstairs and one downstairs. More than enough room for our group with a large sitting room, large living and dining room, and very spacious kitchen. It also has a great back yard with a BBQ, deck, and nice sitting area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean is how I would describe the home. It was the perfect airbnb for my family during my wedding weekend. This was an amazing home to celebrate my bridal shower and spend quality time with my family. I will never forget the special memories I have at this place. Beautiful home with plenty of space, close to key amenities

We were in the Seattle area for a difficult reason, and this home provided a peaceful stay. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful backyard, simply everything we needed.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. It provided the perfect home base for us to stay for a wedding weekend at one of the nearby wineries. The home is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures suggest, and Muni is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host. Could not recommend this place more highly!

Really nice, spacious place with great kitchen. Muni & Sushma responded well to an issue we had at 10:30pm. Safeway nearby to get food. Two parks nearby for walks.

The house was even better than the pictures! It is fairly large, clean, and worked great for what we needed. The backyard is beautiful and large as well. We even had an issue where we got locked out (not Muni’s fault) and the host was very patient and helpful in helping us get back in. Overall, a great stay that we really enjoyed!

everything you would like with airbnb. we stayed a week for my sons wedding in woodinville. the home was perfect, spacious, extremely clean and within minutes of the wineries in woodinville and many restaurants. We liked the amenities in kitchen. and living space within the home. Everything was as advertised, except stationary bike and free weights that were mentioned. But all in all would stay there again in a minute and the cleanest airbnb i have ever stayed in. The bathrooms were all beautiful and updated and remodeled. excellent experience and host.

We traveled with other families for a soccer tournament. Perfect distance to the fields, plenty of space for everyone to be together or separate. House was very clean, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Three king beds and a queen all very comfortable! Hosts always responded and were available if needed. Would recommend this place!!

Came to Kirkland for my grandmothers 100th birthday. This house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space and very clean! We would stay here again.

This is a great listing near the Totem Lake area. Not only is it well furnished and designed, it was clean, easy to navigate, and met the needs of my partner and I. The host even provided a second office chair to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay! Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Bellevue/Kirkland area!

The house was so open and beautiful with tons of natural light. The photos don’t do it justice, big bedrooms and closets. Two big living rooms and a spacious kitchen. The house was 5 minutes from totem lake town center. Muni was so responsive and helpful, we wanted to add an additional day and he accommodated the additional stay on a short notice. Our family would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and minimal so we could make ourselves feel at home and not feel like we were in someone else’s house.

We had a formidable stay (8 nights) and we felt right at home. The kitchen has all you need even for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and the area is very quiet. It was hard to see in the photos but there are 2 rooms with sofas and the house interior is very spacious! Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in Kirkland.

This home is beautiful and immaculate and even more spacious than we expected. The hosts were very responsive and quickly answered all our questions. The beds were very comfortable with soft linens and blankets , beautiful bathrooms with soft towels, 2 roomy living room areas with comfortable seating, a large very well equipped kitchen and a wonderful large wooden dining table that accommodated our whole family for dinner and games. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our family trip! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the home was squeaky clean when we arrived. We were very pleased with how well the house was stocked for cooking, light cleaning/laundry during our stay, morning workouts, and hosting a few family meals. The only things that would have made the stay better were a few cozy blankets to cuddle up on the couch for chilly nights and a fire pit for the backyard for s’mores! We would absolutely recommend the home for families and groups.

We loved everything about this house! Perfect for 3/4 couples or 2!couples w a few adult kids. Everyone has privacy, 2 full master bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms . Very peaceful and so spacious!!! Clean and everything you touch screams quality. All the bedding and mattress and pillows are excellent! Plenty of paper towels and bath towels! Communication w owners was easy and fast! This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding in Woodinville. Stocked with necessities, clean, spacious, and well-kept. Couldn’t ask for a better location or accommodations for this trip.

It was very spacious, the bedrooms were well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn't disruptive to others. The property actually felt like home.
