2 BR Greenlake Craftsmen | Fenced Yard | Pet+

This house suited myself, my college age kid and our pup great. We are from Seattle originally and knew the location well. I was surprised how quiet it was inside the house given it is directly located on a main thoroughfare in Greenwood/Phinney. It’s a classic old quirky house, likely built in the 1920’s. It seems to be in need of some finishing touches with the remodel but again it suited us fine. I probably wouldn’t stay there with a toddler as the doorknobs are fussy and there are open old school style heating vents but for adults and older kids/teens it’s fine. If you’re looking for an affordable Airbnb in a great neighborhood this is it. Oh and the bed in the primary suite was super comfy! I would stay there again for sure.

House was adequate for our needs. Very clean and updated. Felt very comfortable there!

Andrew’s spot in Greenwood was amazing stay for for family while the came to help us with a new child. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in a great neighborhood while visiting Seattle.

This place is in a great location- pretty central and not too far from downtown, Fremont or Ballard. Having a spot to park was super helpful and the backyard is a decent size. Absolutely gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds and so much beautiful sunlight in the mornings! Andrew was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend going to Red Arrow Coffee while you’re there- the food is delicious and the atmosphere is so cozy.

Great communication from the host and minimal cleanup duties prior to leaving! House has character with modern updates. While grateful for any parking, can be a tricky turn off the road. Did not get to use the backyard but thoughtful amenities provided.

This place worked very well for us we will be back.

My partner and I and our two doggos had a wonderful stay - the space was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our dogs had a blast running around in the fully fenced yard. The home itself is a typical historic home in this area with lots of character and modern upgrades throughout. The house is in a safe but lively neighborhood with lots to do nearby - much of which is walkable. Great communication all around from both the host, Andrew, and especially the co-host, Muni. Would definitely stay again 😊

We enjoyed staying at Andrew's place. it was very comfortable and close to our relatives. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Great location and wonderful place to stay with dogs. The house is pretty basic, but has everything you need, beds and couch are comfy, everything was clean and worked well. Bonus, the backyard is fully fenced and it's only a few blocks from a lot of restaurants and places to go. Andrew was extremely easy to communicate with, would stay again for sure.

If you like to cook, this is the place for you! Also, very clean and comfortable

Overall enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place. The space was plenty comfortable and exactly what we expected based on the listing. The in unit washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen helped us to feel at home.

Charming cottage close to amenities and very peaceful. Host was super responsive. Quality linens and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Definitely recommend and rent it again.

Great place!

We had a great stay here! It’s an older house with a little bit of a funky flare, but very clean and cozy. The hosts were friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the driveway backs onto a busy street. But thankfully it’s on the corner by a stoplight, so we never had to wait more than a minute for traffic to stop and open up an easy lane to back onto the street. We’d recommend this place to others!

Everything in the condo was in working order, well equipped kitchen, good mattresses, nice to have parking spot, back yard good for dog, good wifi, no complaints. It’s an older house that has been well maintained. Would stay again.

Muni and Andrew were great hosts. They gave good recommendations for local dining. House was clean and in a good location for walking to restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future.

Great old home with lots of original details which I love. Wood floors, a few glass door knobs. Funky functional furniture in the living and dining room, Add the gorgeous remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds, 4-star hotel linens. Very clean. Tons of windows. Wished I’d used the backyard with the fire pit. Muni was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions.

We loved staying here! Very comfortable bed/ pillows/ sheets. I ordered one of the pillows for my home after staying here! Communication was great and we will absolutely try to stay here again.

This is a great home in Seattle! The location in amazing. It's close to everything, and we loved being able to walk to restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop, grocery store, playground, etc. It's a block away from an extremely walking friendly street too (healthy street). The house is great! No clutter, which was nice, and the linens and beds were great. It is on a busier street, but you'd never know it inside. There are great sound machines in each room. It is a little difficult getting out of the driveway but if you are patient, you get use to it. The back yard is great for dogs, and for hanging out as well. I was a little concerned about the air conditioner since it was a litter warmer when we stayed, but there is a window ac in one of the bedrooms and amazing ceiling fans in both. We will absolutely stay here again!

Super cute, clean & comfy house. Both Muni & Andrew were very helpful with any questions asked. The house is on a semi-busy street corner so pulling out was at times intense, but that’s just Seattle. Would definitely stay again.

We live in the neighborhood and rented this space as overflow for a family gathering. Muni and Andrew were responsive and supportive hosts, and the space was perfect for our needs. We will rent again in the future for sure.

My family was very pleased with the comfy beds/pillows and crisp linens. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. The backyard was good for relaxing. Everything is very convenient … local coffee shops are 2-4 blocks away and Ken’s Market was handy for quality grocery foods. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Seattle!
